Sad news. On Thursday, March 19th, Chuck Norris passed away at the age of 86. An unforgettable figure from the series Walker, Texas Ranger , he left his mark on many generations through his appearances in numerous blockbusters.

A martial arts star who had conquered all of Hollywood. This Thursday, March 19, Chuck Norris passed away at the age of 86. The sad news was announced by his family. “It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Chuck Norris yesterday morning [Thursday]. We wish to maintain the privacy of his family, but please know that he was surrounded by his loved ones and is resting in peace ,” his family wrote emotionally in a statement reported by  TMZ . Before taking his last breath, the star of the series Walker, Texas Ranger had caused great concern among his fans.  The actor had been rushed to a hospital in Hawaii after falling ill, as reported by our American colleagues. This was not the first time his health had been a concern. In July 2017, Chuck Norris suffered two heart attacks during the United Martial Arts World Championships. After receiving treatment in Reno, Nevada’s third-largest city, he quickly returned to work, landing the lead role in the action film Agent Recon and the comedy Zombie Plane, both released in 2024. 

Throughout his life, whether on film sets or karate mats, Chuck Norris always sought the adrenaline rush. Born Carlos Ray Norris on March 19, 1940, in Oklahoma,  he developed a passion for combat sports at a very young age . Enlisting in the U.S. Air Force, where he served in Korea, he took up Tang Soo Do and then karate. In 1968, he became the middleweight champion of the discipline. While racking up titles and managing his karate school in California, Chuck Norris made his film debut in The Big Fight .
